One of the biggest investment funds in US has injected €150 millions for the construction of 200 luxury housing next to the Santa Clara Golf residential area.

Real Estate companies also assure that this year the real estate investing in Costa del Sol will grow about 10%, three times more than inland areas. Thanks to this improvement on the Real Estate sector, is estimated that the stock will reduce a 50% and new building constructions are developing for the first time in years. In 2015, 29 new property developments have been approved and are already on sale.
